LABO-I/U/F/C: evaluation electronic with analog output
general information:
The flow meter consists of an impeller which is set into rotation by the flowing medium. The rotor's rotational speed is proportional to the flow volume per time unit. The rotor is fitted with stainless steel clamps (optionally titanium). An inductive proximity switch records the rotational speed.
The LABO-RRI electronics provide various output signals:
- analog signal 0/4 mA to 20 mA (LABO-RRI-I)
- analog signal 0/2 V to 10 V (LABO-RRI-U)
- frequency signal (LABO-RRI-F) or
- flow signal pulse / x litre (LABO-RRI-C)
A model with switching output is also available.
If desired, the full scale value can be set to the currently existing flow using "teach-in".

- long working life due to high quality ceramic axis and special plastic bearing
- run-in and run-out sections are not necessary
- modular construction with various connection systems
- connections are pluggable and rotatable
- 0...10 V, 4...20 mA , frequency and pulse output completely configurable
- optional: non-return valve, filter, constant flow rate device in the connections
