Configurable signal converters/amplifiers with current or voltage output.
general information:
HD978TR3, HD978TR4, HD978TR5 and HD978TR6 are signal converters/amplifiers configurable with mV input. The mV input signal range can be configured from -10mV to +60mV via a button, by using the HD778-TCAL simulator and DeltaLog7 software or a tension calibrator with mV output. HD978TR3 and HD978TR5 have a 4 to 20mA current output. HD978TR4 and HD978TR6 have 0 to 10 V DC voltage output.
0 to 1 V DC, 0 to 5 V DC and 1 to 5 V DC outputs are available upon request. A LED indicates the alarm situation and it helps the user during the programming. The instrument is also protected against polarity inversions.
Input and output are galvanically isolated: this is necessary to eliminate problems due to the mutual influence of the devices originated by disturbs caused by the different mass paths. The device is housed in a DIN container (width 35 mm) with standard connection to a 35 mm DIN rail for the models HD978TR3 and HD978TR4 or in a housing for wall mounting for the models HD978TR5 and HD978TR6. The 4 to 20 mA current output stage of HD978TR3 and HD978TR5 is a passive two-wire and it supplies power to the converter through the current loop.

Configurable signal converter/amplifier with 4 to 20 mA (20 to 4 mA) output, for wall mounting. Input measuring range -10 to +60 mV. Default setting 0 to 20 mV. Minimum measuring range 2 mV.
HD978TR6
Configurable signal converter/amplifier with 0 to 10 V DC (10 to 0 V DC) output, for wall mounting. Input measuring range -10 to +60 mV. Default setting 0 to 20 mV. Minimum measuring range 2 mV.
